Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

Clearpath Pine Markets is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on variance reporting for shrink and waste, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 216 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of shrink and waste and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
