Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

Cedar Meadow Manufacturing is a Charleston manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on variance reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 626 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of production lines and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with scrap and rework. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Charleston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
