Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Ember Early Learning Group and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be variance reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 974 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of family communication and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with tuition and subsidies. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
