Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar Glen Civic Services and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be variance reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with public records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
