Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Granite Learning Group and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be variance reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of school calendars and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
