Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

Northwind Clear Banking Services is a regional lender in Jacksonville with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Model the cost of fraud alerts and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with branch operations. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
