Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

Harborlight Amber Early Learning is an early-learning provider in San Antonio, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of meal programmes and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
