Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

Lumen Rook Manufacturing Group makes precision components in Little Rock, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 146 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of tooling and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
