Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

Rivermark Rook Manufacturing is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on variance reporting for scrap and rework, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with machine downtime. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
