Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

Bright Hollow Legal Group provides legal services in Jacksonville across employment, housing and small-business law, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of document review and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with court deadlines. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
