Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Maple Manufacturing and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be variance reporting. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of production lines and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
