Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Corner Insurance and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be variance reporting. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Model the cost of policy renewals and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
