Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar Ashton Legal Group and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be variance reporting. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Model the cost of trust accounts and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with client files. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
