Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Meadow Learning Group and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be variance reporting. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of school calendars and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
