Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Basin Civic Services Group and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be variance reporting. Benefits and stability attract long tenure. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of public records and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with constituent requests. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
