Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Drift Legal Group and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be variance reporting. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Model the cost of court deadlines and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with client files. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
