Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Willow Learning Group and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be variance reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Model the cost of enrolment and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with learning materials. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
