Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

Greenridge Meridian Legal Group provides legal services in Portland across employment, housing and small-business law. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on variance reporting. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of document review and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with billing records. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
