Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

Bright Wren Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Las Vegas, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
