Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

Redstone Sparrow Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Tulsa, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with customer tickets. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
