Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Willow Early Learning and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be variance reporting. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of meal programmes and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with tuition and subsidies. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
