Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Linden Foods Group and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be variance reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 133 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of allergen controls and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with production batches. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
