Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

Highbridge Sparrow Legal Group is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on variance reporting for intake forms, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of intake forms and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with billing records. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
