Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

Clearpath Juniper Banking Services is a community-focused bank in St. Louis serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on variance reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of branch operations and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with account openings. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
