Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

Greenridge River Markets is a Virginia Beach retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 21 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Model the cost of store inventory and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with pricing. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
