Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

Stonegate Glen Civic Services is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on variance reporting for procurement, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 132 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of procurement and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
