Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

Bright Ashton Banking Services Group is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on variance reporting for fraud alerts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of fraud alerts and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with deposit accounts. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
