Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

Ironwood Wren Energy Group supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Richmond, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of billing disputes and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with outage response. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
