Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Union Banking Services and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be variance reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 107 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of fraud alerts and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with card disputes. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
