Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

Lumen Meridian Foods Group makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in El Paso, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Model the cost of sanitation schedules and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with production batches. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
