Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

Westbrook Juniper Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Las Vegas. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on variance reporting. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with customer specifications. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
