Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

Redstone Keystone Legal Group is a law firm in Columbus serving businesses and individuals, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Model the cost of trust accounts and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with document review. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
