Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

Cedar Pike Manufacturing is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on variance reporting for production lines, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 366 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of production lines and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with customer orders. • A relevant degree or certification.
