Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

Amberfield Bright Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Raleigh. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on variance reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 167 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
