Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

Stonegate Clear Transit Planning Partners plans bus and rail service for cities around San Diego. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on variance reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 184 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of service alerts and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
