Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

Rivermark Amber Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Providence, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 327 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of classroom supplies and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with licensing records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
