Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

Rivermark Harbor Foods produces packaged foods at its Chicago plant. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on variance reporting. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with allergen controls. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
