Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Pike Manufacturing and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be variance reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of work orders and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with production lines. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
