Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

Northwind Juniper Banking Services is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on variance reporting for deposit accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 816 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of deposit accounts and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with branch operations. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
