Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

Silverline Meadow Manufacturing Partners manufactures parts and assemblies at its Boise plant. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on variance reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of tooling and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with scrap and rework. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
