Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

Cedar Clear Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Nashville. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on variance reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 24 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of deposit accounts and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with card disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
