Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

Foxglove Union Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Oklahoma City. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on variance reporting. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
