Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Sparrow Energy and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be variance reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 231 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of service connections and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with hardship programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
