Financial Analyst - variance reporting (remote)

Silverline Sable Financial is a financial-services company in Dallas, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 71 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Model the cost of payment disputes and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with vendor spend. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
