Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Portland, OR)

Stonegate Oak Banking Services Group is a regional lender in Portland with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on variance reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people based in Portland. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of loan files and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with branch operations. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
