Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Pittsburgh, PA)

We are growing our team at Bright Fox Learning Group and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be variance reporting. Families are partners. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of attendance records and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with family communication.
