Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Pittsburgh, PA)

Cedar Kestrel Financial serves customers across Pittsburgh with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of customer onboarding and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with loan applications. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
