Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Pittsburgh, PA)

Bright Foods supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Pittsburgh, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of hardship programmes and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with meter readings.
