Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Phoenix, AZ)

Northwind Foods Group is a Phoenix food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on variance reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 900 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of production batches and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • A relevant degree or certification.
