Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Phoenix, AZ)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Stone Civic Services and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be variance reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 518 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of case files and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
